Margaret joined the staff in June, 2004,coming from a 20 year career in traditional higher education settings in the state of Illinois. She has a bachelors degree in social sciences and a masters degree in counseling from Illinois State University. She has worked in the areas of advising, counseling, recruitment and admissions, and student services.
Margaret is involved with programming in the areas of family and consumer sciences and community and economic development. She also works directly with the Extension Council and the 4-H and Extension Foundation Board. In addition, she serves as coordinator of the activities and projects of the Master Gardeners.
