Leadership: Skills You Never Outgrow

Leadership involves using skills in seven different areas:

  • Communicating
  • Understanding Self
  • Getting Along With Others
  • Learningo Making Decisions
  • Managing
  • Working With Group

Instructional Materials

The program includes a teacher's guide and a student workbook, with a variety of activities related to the seven skill areas. There are four units. Unit I is for youth ages 8–11 while Unit II is for ages 12–18 with little or no leadership experience. Unit III is for youth ages 12–18 and Unit IV is for youth ages 15–18.
