  • Nutrition - The Food We Eat
  • Soils - Soil Erosion
  • Horticulture - Water, Roots, and Plant Growth

Instructional Materials

Two packets which contain teacher guides and student handouts. Materials are applicable for any time during the year but would be especially appropriate in April if you are doing Earth Day activities.
