Cloverbuds

4-H Cloverbuds is a unique new program that helps build confident kids. This age-appropriate curriculum is specifically designed for kindergarten, first and second grade classrooms. 4-H Cloverbuds uses hands-on learning activities to help children explore art, plants and animals, science and the environment. Youngsters also engage in group activities that promote personal development, healthy lifestyles, and a sense of citizenship. The learning activities are based on sound child development principles, fostering basic values like cooperation, teamwork and communication.

In 4-H Cloverbuds, children will:

  • Develop self understanding and confidence
  • Achieve success in learning and feel a positive sense of accomplishment
  • Learn to get along with others and communicate in a positive way
  • Make new friends
  • Learn how to share, work together, compromise, and resolve conflict
