Celebrate Volunteers

"Volunteers Inspire by Example"

is the theme for National Volunteer Week April 26-29. University of Illinois Extension would like to take this time to say "thank you" to the hundreds of 4-H volunteers who along with neighbors, friends, and family members make outstanding contributions to 4-H in Illinois communities through the year. Volunteering isn't just nice, it's necessary for the health of our society; it bridges the gap between people and communities. It also relates closely to the critical elements of personal youth development.
