4-H and Youth
For over 100 years, the mission of 4-H has been "To Make The Best Better." In Whiteside County almost 300 youth are members of the traditional 4-H club, while over 8500 youth participate in school enrichment, special interest groups and camp experiences every year. These wonderful opportunities give the youth in Whiteside County the necessary life skills needed such as leadership, communication and citizenship.
