What It Takes to Become a Master Gardener

What Does It Take to Become a Master Gardener?

You can become a Master Gardener volunteer if you enjoy gardening, learning, and sharing your interest with others.

Accepted applicants agree to attend training classes and give 60 hours of volunteer service in the two years following training. Subsequent years require a minimum of 30 volunteer hours to remain an active Master Gardener.

Please contact our office if you would like more information on the process of becoming a Master Gardener.
