At the 4-H Dress Revue members have a choice of making their own garmet or purchasing a garment. Garments are judged for construction, fit, and how it complements the member's wardrobe. A Fashion Revue follows the judging where 4-H'ers model their garments for fit and appearance. The top model will be chosen at the Stephenson County Fair.
