2009-2010 Winter Meeting Schedule

January 20 - Dairy Days

Registration begins at 9:45 a.m., program starts at 10 a.m. and runs until 2:30 p.m. The Dairy Days program takes place at Highland Community College Student Conference Center Room 201. Pre-registration is required by calling 235-4125 or registering on-line. Registration fee is $15.

February 8 - Alfalfa Workshop Telenet

Telenet will begin at 9:25 a.m. and run until 12:15 p.m. The Alfalfa Workshop Telenet will be held at the U of I Extension-Stephenson County Office. Registration fee is $5.

February 11 – Private Pesticide Applicator Training and Testing

Registration will start at 8:30 with the program beginning at 9 a.m. Training will conclude at Noon and the test will be offered by the Illinois Department of Ag at that time. The program will take place at the Lena Community Center. Pre-registration is required by calling 235-4125. Registration fee is $30.

February 12 – Wheat Workshop Telenet

Program will begin at 9 a.m. and run until noon at the University of Illinois Extension-Stephenson County Office. Preregistration is required by calling 815-235-4125. Registration fee is $5.

February 23 – Certified Livestock Manager Training

Registration begins at 9:15 a.m. with the program starting at 10:00 a.m. and running until 2p.m. Testing will follow the program for those producers needing the test. CLMT will take place at the Stephenson County Farm Bureau, 210 W. Spring Street, Freeport. Pre-registration is required by calling Aces Marketing at 1-800-345-6087.

March 12 – Private Pesticide Applicator Training and Testing

Registration will start at 8:30 with the program beginning at 9 a.m. Training will conclude at Noon and the test will be offered by the Illinois Department of Ag at that time. The program will take place at the Lena Community Center. Pre-registration is required by calling 235-4125. Registration fee is $30.
