Being a person of character is not always an easy accomplishment. Understanding the "six pillars of character" and putting them into action is often difficult to do. Being a trustworthy, respectful, responsible, fair, caring, and good citizen can at times be trying for everyone. This project includes lesson plans and activities that reinforce each one of these pillars.

The four age levels have been developed into kits so that many of the materials to conduct the activities will be provided. This curriculum could also be used in a mentoring situation, with high school students working with small groups of elementary students.
