Jeff earned his associate degree in agriculture from Illinois Central College in East Peoria, a bachelor of science degree in agriculture production from Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. His most recent degree is a masters degree from University of Illinois in Extension Education.

Jeff's duties as County Extension Director currently include providing leadership to staffing, budgeting, and overall programming in Henry and Stark Counties.
