Martha Winter is a nutrition and wellness educator with University of Illinois Extension. Her degrees are from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She holds a master's degree in food and nutrition and a bachelor's degree in home economics education. She is also a registered dietitian.

Winter specializes in nutrition, diet management, food safety, and food buying.

She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Society for Nutrition Education and the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.
