This workshop allows smokers to identify their stage of change in quitting smoking, understand their smoking behavior and increase their motivation to quit smoking. Is quitting for you?
This workshop is a part of the Fall 2009 schedule of the Personal and Professional Development Series for Cook County Residents. These innovative workshops are open to public for a general fee of $10.00 which will cover the cost of materials provided in the workshop and refreshments.
