4-H Enrollment Forms

The 4-H enrollment deadline to exhibit projects at the 2010 Shelby County 4-H & Jr. Fair is May 6, 2010. All projects must be added or deleted by this date also. Make sure you are enrolled in the project unit that corresponds to your project.
