TIP: Tip of the Month
Nutrition and conditioning are important for all of us--not just athletes. Eating like an athlete includes eating a variety of healthy foods. It also includes keeping hydrated. Water is a very important nutrient. Without water, dehydration can occur which causes us to get tired or experience muscle cramps. So be sure to drink water every day--especially during exercising.
