The 4-H/FFA Quality Assurance and Ethics Certification (QAEC) web site is closed. Deadline for completing your QAEC certification for the Illinois State Fair was June 9, 2009 for horse exhibitors and July 1, 2009 for beef, dairy, sheep, swine, and goat exhibitors.

The site will be reopened on February 1, 2010 to certify exhibits for the 2010 Illinois State Fair.
