The 4-H/FFA Quality Assurance and Ethics Certification (QAEC) web site is closed. Deadline for completing your QAEC certification for the Illinois State Fair was June 9, 2008 for horse exhibitors and July 1, 2008 for beef, dairy, sheep, swine, and goat exhibitors.

The site will be reopened on February 1, 2009 to certify exhibits for the 2009 Illinois State Fair.
