A Changing Farm Bill Over Time

Legislators in Washington D.C. are working on the next version of the Farm Bill. The U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill in July, and now the Senate is working on the measure. Todd Gleason has more on the history of the bill and how it might change this time out.
