Welcome

Throughout the years, I have heard on occasion

the adage, "Seeing is believing." Of course, this

implies that one requires tangible evidence of an

idea or a project before believing it to be real or

possible.

But, I want to suggest to you that, in the Peoria

County Office, "Believing is seeing." The volunteers,

staff, program partners and the Citizens of

Peoria County have believed in the programming of

the Peoria County Office. Consequently, you are

seeing the results in this 2006 Annual Report.
