Welcome

For the Peoria County Office, 2005 was an exciting year. We have seen our programming emphases and partnerships grow to new levels. The Volunteers of the Peoria County Office have risen to the challenges faced and have overwhelmingly surpassed anyone's expectations.

The theme of this year's Annual Report is "Listening to Your Mandate." The reason for such a theme was the mandate given by the Voters of Peoria County during the April 2005 Referendum. The resounding majority gave a clear message to this Office.

Our challenge is to continue to earn the public trust: in programming and impact in Peoria County.
