Ambassadors
4-H AMBASSADOR NEWS
Congratulations go to the members of the new 4-H Ambassador team. The following individuals were chosen to represent Ogle County during 2007-2008:
Megan Buttel–Leaf River Busy Beavers
Felicia Coleman – Grand Detour Greens
Mellisa Herwig – Carefree
Lindsay Hoyle – Grand Detour Greens
Laura Overmyer – By-Y-Badgers
Janet Zack – Ogle Jolly
The team met on September 20th to establish plans for the year. At present, they are planning to do 3rd grade classroom presentations during late fall and early winter; participate in spring and summer parades; conduct presentations for targeted 4-H clubs; and promote 4-H at action-booths during the Rochelle Elementary school open houses!
