Many of the foods project exhibits at our fair require members to make menus in addition to a food item. When this is the case, 4-Hers should plan on using the NEW Food Pyramid as a guide. Copies of this guide were distributed with enrollment materials in the fall. They are also available in the Extension office and at http://www.mypyramid.gov.
Menus should reflect the recommended number of servings of the various food groups.
