Outdoor cooking is a fun and relaxing way to enjoy lots of different foods. Jananne Finck, Nutrition and Wellness Educator with U. of I. Extension taught at the first of two "hands-on" evening programs "Let's Grill-Healthy and Safe". Grilling I Workshop was held Tuesday, April 14th at 6 p.m. at the Morgan County Extension Office. This workshop was aimed at the beginner or those wanting to refresh their grilling basics. Participants grilled burgers, brats, asparagus, fresh fruit kabobs and vegetable kabobs.
