Morgan-Scott Extension Unit held a "Let's Make Bread" workshop on October 22nd and November 5th at the Morgan County Extension Office. Jananne Finck, Nutrition and Wellness Educator was the presenter. Participants learned at the first session how to mix, knead, shape, rise and basic bread making. Samples of food were prepared and participants sampled. The second session was a hands-on session with participants each made 2 loaves of bread to take home.
