From the north: From I 55/70 at Collinsville take I 255 south to the Rt. 3 (Columbia )exit (25 minutes). Continue on Rt. 3, which bypasses Columbia and continues into Waterloo (about 10 miles). Make two 4-way stops, continue traveling south...this is Route 3. Travel approximately ½ mile and the County Annex Building (one story brick building) is on the right side of the highway. There is a sign indicating the building. It houses, University of Illinois Extension, County Ambulance and BI-County Health Department. There is a large parking lot in front of the building.

From the south: Travel on Rt. 3 north, make two 4-way stops continuing traveling north, from the second 4-way stop, travel approximately ¼ mile, just past the bus garage and a dentist office, turn left onto Illinois Ave. The County Annex Building is the one story brick building. There is a sign indicating the building. It houses, University of Illinois Extension, County Ambulance and BI-County Health Department. There is a large parking lot in front of the building.
