Applicants must be between the ages of 15 and 18 (inclusive) by September 1, 2006; must be currently enrolled in the Veterinary Science project; and must have been enrolled in the Veterinary Science project at least three years (current year included). Once a 4-H member has received this award, they may not re-apply. The winner will receive a $100 cash award; how the award is to be presented has yet to be determined. All applications due by June 29.
