Mosbacher 4-H Educational Scholarship
History of Scholarship:
The Mosbacher 4-H Education Fund was established in 1971 to honor the superior service to McLean County agriculture and the 4-H program by Cooperative Extension Service Agriculture Adviser Eugene G. Mosbacher. Since that time, the outstanding achievements of 65 McLean County 4-H Club members have been recognized as they receive this award in honor of Mr. Mosbacher. Mr. Mosbacher passed away in 2002, and he is remembered for his many contributions to the program.
The awards are given to encourage graduating senior 4-Hers to continue their education beyond high school by awarding cash scholarship grants. The number of recipients and cash amount is, at this time, undetermined. To receive this award is both an honor and a financial aid to the recipient.
Eligibility:
Current 4-Hers who have completed high school** and will attend an accredited college/university or technical school this fall.
This award is for graduating seniors only.
** We believe by your age that you have finished high school. If not, please apply next year at graduation.
