The mission of Barn Keepers is to gather and document information about BARNS in McLean County, and provide leadership to organize and encourage people who are interested in preserving barns and their history.
Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program
The Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program in McLean County promotes safe and healthy eating by providing nutrition education programs and materials for food stamp eligible county residents.
Master Gardeners
If you enjoy gardening and want to share your gardening knowledge, the Master Gardener program may be for you. All you need is an interest in gardening, an open mind and a willingness to share your knowledge with others.
McLean County 4-H Fair
McLean County 4-H hosts one of the largest 4-H Shows in the nation with over 13,000 entries from 1,200 4-H members.
McLean County H.C.E.
McLean County Association for Home & Community Education has been influential in increasing the quality of life in McLean County since its inception in 1918. HCE continues as an enduring catalyst for continuing education, for strengthening family units, and for community improvement.
MultiCultural Leadership Program
This pilot program, launched in 2009 is a McLean County leadershiup program designed for emerging leaders from a variety of cultures here in the county. The programming, beginning in July will wrap up in April 2010 and the workshops are all available on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
