Enrollment Information

• 4-H Member Enrollment Form
  This form is to be completed by each 4-H member or Cloverbud to enroll in the 4-H program. Also referred to as the "white sheet."
  
  
• 4-H Project Enrollment Form
  This form is to be completed by 4-H members. Each 4-H member must enroll in at least one project of study. Also referred to as the "green sheet."
  
  
• Enrollment Form for 4-Hers, Cloverbuds and Volunteer 4-H Leaders
  This form must be filled out and submitted yearly to show 4-H enrollment. This sheet is often referred to as "the white sheet".
  
  
• Illinois Clover
  The Illinois Clover lists all of the project opportunities in 4-H. I also has infomation on Cloverbuds and Volunteer information.
  
  
• Illinois Clover
  This is the book that has over 200 projects that youth can enroll in. It also covers general topics and opportunities in the 4-H program.
