Katie L. Wagner Roberts received her M.S Ed in Adult and Continuing Education from Northern Illinois University.Wagner Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Radio/TV/Film and completed a minor in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis at the College of Lake County. Wagner Roberts is presently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in ELearning and Online Instruction from University of Wisconsin - Stout.

Wagner Roberts was previously employed in the University of Wisconsin Extension system as a
4-H Youth Development Agent from 1998- 2000. Her employment with University of Illinois Extension commenced December, 2000 when she accepted a position as Unit Educator, Youth Development for the McHenry Extension Unit. Wagner Roberts has enjoyed working with 4-H youth, volunteers, other youth-serving organizations and with her Extension colleagues in her years of employment at University of Illinois Extension. She looks forward to her new duties of Special Interest Group development on the regional level.

Wagner Roberts' professional affiliations have included the National Association for Extension 4-H Agents (NAE4HA), where she has served as the Chair Elect and Chair of the Public Relations and Information Committee's Marketing the Profession subcommittee. Wagner Roberts is involved with committees on the local, regional, and state levels for Extension.
