It identifies the 4-H projects, which may be exhibited, their various classes, and the rules and regulations governing their exhibition. Please review the book thoroughly and carefully to prevent any misunderstanding or potential disappointment. Be sure to read the general rules and regulations at the beginning of each project. Advance entires are required for ALL (livestock and non-livestock) 4-H projects. Entry blanks are available from 4-H leaders and should be returned to the club leader. All Entries are due to the Extension office by 4:30 pm. June 5, 2009.
