Federation started their year a little later than normal this year. Our first meeting was held in October. Nine new Federation members were present at the meeting. Officers elected were:

Vice - Chareen Bogner

Sec. - Katharine Girone

Tres. - Chrissy Irelan

Hist. - Andy Schoepke

Sent. - Bob Salisbury

Bash-a-friend was the highlight of the meeting.

The officers met and discussed goals for the year and suprised the group with a Cheer Challenge at the Nov. meeting. Each Federation member was asked to create a cheer about themself...

"My name is ______, yeah

I like to __________, yeah

____ _____ ____ ____ ___, yeah

So check me out!"

The group has a variety of plans to use this cheer throughout the year.

Federation enjoyed a white elephant gift exchange and a movie night in December.

Thanks to an invite by the Steuben Rangers, several Federation members went Ice Skating after our February meeting.

At the end of March Federation had their "New Year Kick Off event" at Great Oaks. (It was orginally scheduled for Oct.) Super great time!!! Lots of great teambuilding and leadership development.

The April meeting was hilarious. We did some improve games and had a great time. The photos don't give it justice. We have recorded video of it! LOL!

We went to the Marty's Game Room arcade in Lacon for our May meeting. Even though the business meeting portion was a little loud, it was fun to play the different games.

Can you see us? Cause we could not see through out squinting eyes during the Group Picture. Our group picture captured the typical weather for us this season - windy and partly sunny.

Group Picture #2 was a lot less bright but a lot more humid. We tried a second picture at Condit's Ranch.

The Canoe Trip on the Fox River was a beautiful relaxing float. We had fun on the rope swing and only a few canoes got tipped. Most of the group stayed up all night sitting around the fire.
