(*There is one special case, Poultry Barn, assist Poultry Superintendent to clean up Thursday afternoon)
Before the Show - Monday, at 6 p.m.

Art Hall - sweep floor, wipe off exhibit cases & repaper tables (if needed), help hang up 4-H sign, set up tables for project displays

Commercial Building Set-up - set-up judges tables & chairs and divider wall and silver line dividers and set-up tables for club boothes & Silent Auction, sweep floor, wipe off exhibit cases, hang 4-H sign, cover wooden exhibit tables with paperHennepin Heroes

Hunt Building - pick up garbage, sweep floor, arrange chairs and straighten tables at front of building.

Items provided - paper to cover tables, tape and/or staple guns to hold paper, garbage bags, 4-H signs, glass cleaner, and directions for table layout in Commercial building.
Items clubs need to bring - brooms, dust pans, rags or paper towels to wipe off exhibit cases. (Sometimes extra staple guns are handy.)
After the Show - Friday, at 9 a.m.

Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion.
