4-H Show Schedule

4-H Show Schedule

All judging will be Conference judged. Four-H'ers must be present during the judging. Check each department schedule for your club or project.

Monday, evening prior to 4-H Show

6 p.m. - Grounds Clean-Up

6 p.m. - Dog Show

7 p.m. - Fashion Board stage set up

6 to 8 p.m. - Rabbits & Poultry Early Check-In

8 p.m. - Horse Early Check-In

Immediately Following Dog Show - Dog Show Clean-Up

Tuesday, first day of 4-H Show

8 a.m. - Rabbit, Poultry & Horse Check-In; Health Papers due for Poultry

8:30 a.m. - Rabbit Show

9 a.m. - Poultry Show

10 a.m. - Horse Show

Noon - Pigeon Judging in Show Ring

Superintendents assign pens for Beef, Sheep, Swine, Dairy, Goats

1:00 p.m. - Miscellaneous Judging (see department info. for club times)

Natural Resources & Environment projects check-in

2:00 p.m. - Natural Resources Judging

Foods Judging begins (see department info. for club times)

4 to 6 p.m. -Check-in for Mechanical Sciences

4 to 6 p.m. - Early Check-in for Aerospace

4:45 p.m. - Style Revue Dress Rehearsal

6:00 p.m. - Sheep & Swine Weigh-in

7:00 p.m. - Style Revue & Royal Ambassador Announcement

8:00 p.m. - Remaining Livestock Health Papers due to Superintendents

All livestock on grounds

Wednesday, second day of 4-H Show

8:00 a.m. - Swine Show

Beef Weigh-in

Visual Arts Judging begins (see department info. for club times)

10:00 a.m. - *Sheep Show

Dairy Show

Noon - *Beef Show

Goat Show

1:00 p.m. - Communication Arts Judging (see department info. for club times)

Supreme Showmanship following Beef Show

Immediately following Supreme Showmanship - Set up Sale of Champions ring

7:00 p.m. - Sale of Champions & Pie Auction

Following Sale of Champions - Fun Night Activities & Family Picnic

Thursday, third day of 4-H Show

8:00 a.m. - Final Aerospace project check-in

Horticulture projects check-in

8:30 a.m. - Mechanical Sciences Judging begins (including Tractor test)

9:00 a.m. - Horticulture Judging begins

Aerospace Judging

9:30 a.m. - Flower Arranging Judging

11:00 a.m. - Tractor Driving Contest

11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Cloverbud Judging

Noon - Market Hogs released

State Fair Project slip due to 4-H office

2:00 p.m. - Livestock Released

2:30 p.m. - State Fair Orientation

5:00 p.m. - Rocket Launch

7:00 p.m. - Evening Show

Following the Evening Show - Non-livestock Projects released

Following Evening Show & Project Pick-Up - Dance
