4-H Leaders from throughout Marion County were honored with dinner and awards at the recent 4-H Leader Appreciation Banquet held at Ryan's Restaurant in Mt. Vernon. Volunteers are the backbone of the 4-H program. They are organizers, teachers and counselors who assist youth with hands-on learning experiences.
