Kathy mainly works at the Nature Watershed Center in Madison County.
Kathy earned her master's degree in Natural Resources and Environment from the University of Michigan. Her BA in Biology and BA in Environmental Policy and Science are from Duke University.
Kathy received the Ford Motor Company Fellowship for "academic excellence, clarity of environmental scholarly and professional goals, capacity for intellectual growth, and potential to make a contribution to society." She was also awarded the Sara LaBoskey Award in recognition of "personal integrity and academic excellence" by the Environmental Science Department at Duke University.
