Take I-64 to I-255 South, follow to Rt. 15. Take Rt. 15 to Belleville Exit - (Rt. 158). Turn left at bottom of exit ramp, then right at stop light on South Belt West. 621 South Belt West is immediately after the first stop light.
Or, I-64 to the Fairview Heights exit, south on Rt. 159 through Fairview Heights and Swansea to Belleville. Right on South Belt West to 621 South Belt West.
