Food Sanitation Refresher Course Scheduled April 8

The University of Illinois Extension has scheduled the five hour Food Sanitation Manager Renewal Courses. The classes have been scheduled for Thursday – April 8 beginning at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. at #60 Carlinville Plaza.

If your Food Safety Manager Certificate expires this year, you'll want to attend the Refresher Course for Food Handlers. This course focuses on sanitation, health, personal hygiene, and safe food handling practices. Presented by U of I Extension educators, this course meets the recertification standards required by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Participants in past sessions have rated the course as exceptional.

Cost for the workshop is $50 and checks should be make payable to the University of Illinois.
