Holding up your personal "Tent Poles" requires several sturdy poles. Here are several more......

1)Do not try to solve all your problems at once. They did not happen all at once, and they will not be resolved in a day's time. Take one problem at a time and work through it...if you need assistance with it...do not hesitate to ask for help or look to someone you know who has had a similar problem and talk to them about how they came to a viable resolution. Then you can move to the next problem. But trying to work them all out at once is not going to get you anywhere but more frustrated. One step at a time is the best avenue.

2)Stay Current: To look sharp at the next interview, know your current events.

Remember as a kid, the little newspapers that were handed out in class to help you be aware of the world going on around you? Well it is important to stay current. Read the newspapers, journals and magazines. The job market has to have the most current and fresh information and people in it to build on its success. That means that you must be current. Do not get caught in what was or used to be. Move forward and bring your mind with you. Stay current. Know the job market trends. After all, we no longer need buggy whips but do need sharp and progressive minds!

If you look at life as a tent, do you know the importance of tent poles? When putting up the tent, the tent poles are hard to deal with, they are cumbersome and yet without them, there is no tent. The tent poles are there for support. They are the backbone of the tent. They are the foundation of the cover against the storm while camping. Tent poles are in your every day life as well. They are there propping you up when times are tough. Do you know who and what your tent poles are?
