Dates for Moonlight Mic Set
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Moonlight Mic, a program to showcase the talents of Macon County high school youth, will be held the second Tuesday during the months of June, July and August at the band shell in Decatur's Central Park from 7:30 – 10:00 pm.
Moonlight Mic is an opportunity for high school youth to perform their musical, theatrical or other talent in front of an audience. On June 10, July 8 and August 12, Central Park will be filled with the music and voices of our talented teens. The event is open to the public, and concessions will be available.
High school youth interested in performing at Moonlight Mic should contact Amy Leman at the University of Illinois Extension Office at 877.6042 or send a tape, DVD or CD of their talent, along with contact information, to University of Illinois Extension, Attention Amy, 2535 Millikin Parkway, Decatur, 62526.
Moonlight Mic is organized by a youth planning committee with support from University of Illinois Extension, Macon County 4-H.
