STEP SIX

1. Return to the Home page of the "Enter Evaluation System" and click on Generate Reports.
2. Choose which type of data you would like to include in your report: individual, county or state; the report year; and whether you want a numeric or graphic report.
3. Click on the program report that you want.
4. Print out a copy of your report by clicking on the print icon located in your toolbar.
