Recipe of the Month

Make Ahead Turkey Casserole (10 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 3 - 4 cups turkey, cooked and diced
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream chicken soup
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch oven-proof pan.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
