4-H Federation Food Stand and Exhibit Hall Schedule

2009 Exhibit Hall Schedule

Each 4-H Club is asked to provide a minimum of four adults to supervise both of the Exhibit Halls for a period of 2 1/2 hours. Of course, the more parents involved the shorter the period of stay for any one individual. During the assigned time, the Supervisors may sit, stand, walk around, leave for a short period of time as long as someone is left to watch the building. Please watch to see that no exhibits or ribbons are removed or damaged. Replace any exhibit that may have fallen. We don't expect you to sweep, but we would appreciate if it you occasionally pick up paper in the building.

Exhibit Hall I is the "upper" building near the Show Arena, where clothing, photography, visual arts, etc. are exhibited. Exhibit Hall II is the "lower" building where crops and horticulture are on exhibit.

As you can see some clubs were combined. Please make your own arrangements to how you plan to divide responsibilities.

Thank you for your cooperation!
