Exploring Our Food Heritage emphasizes historical and cultural factors which affect all our food choices. Through food, it teaches the historical progression of United States settlement and respect for diversity. Food-centered activities lead to discussions about differences and similarities among all people. Foods related to America's diverse heritage are prepared.
