Central Illinois Debt Management is a nonprofit member agency of the National Foundation for Consumer Credit (NFCC). NFCC member agencies serve over 1,500 communities throughout the country. Central Illinois Debt Management was established in 1966 by a group of concerned community leaders. They saw a need for education in the responsible use of credit and money management, and also the need for an alternative to bankruptcy.
