Sandra Davis provides leadership in developing, marketing and evaluating
programs for the University of Illinois Extension program in Kendall
County. As Unit Leader, she networks with other community resources
and is responsible for fiscal resource procurement and facility management.
She has a bachelor of science in home economics education and master
of science degree in clothing and textiles from Northern Illinois University.
She completed Level III of the Community Development Institute at the
University of Central Arkansas.
Davis began her Extension career in LaSalle County in 1971, where she
served as an Extension Home Economist for 21 years. In September 1992,
she became and Extension Educator, Community Leadership and Volunteerism
with the Peru Extension Center and later in the Rockford Extension Center.
Davis returned to LaSalle County as Unit Leader in February, 2000.
