This research-based curriculum is designed to educate children, adolescents, and adults on how to make goals for physical activity and healthy food choices. In addition they will learn the relationship between physical activity, food intake and body composition.
Students will learn to:
- Eat healthier
- Make long-term lifestyle changes
- Build self-confidence
- Set goals and evaluate themselves
Instructional Materials Provided: The Extension staff will provide leadership of the lessons. This includes the lessons, handouts, duplication pages, and reports to parents.
