Records are a big part of the 4-H program. They help you see what you have accomplished and how you got to your end result. It is best to take a few minutes on a regular basis to fill out your record forms. Some fair winners have missed out on some major awards because they neglected their records.
How does a 4-H member get the necessary records? The necessary record forms were included in each club packet that was handed out at 4-H Recognition Night. If you have not received your record forms, contact your main club leader. They are also available for download from the county website.
County Award Form – Available from your leader or downloadable from the county website. Records are due in the office by August 26, 2008. The main club leader must turn in the records as a group. Individual records will not be accepted in the Extension Office. Be sure that all required signatures have been obtained.
