After all judging data has been entered in the 4-H computer system, the 4-H premium checks will be printed. The premium checks will be mailed to each 4-H'er in September.

An Ag Olympics mailing was handed out to each club at the May 4 4-H Leader Meeting. If you are a small club and want to join with another, please indicate the names on the registration form. This joining must be done during the registration process, not the day of the event. The forms are to be mailed directly to the Farm Bureau. Ag Olympics is on Sunday, August 2, at 3 p.m.

Be thinking of whom you would like to nominate in writing for "I Dare You", 4-H Alumni, and Friend of 4-H Awards. While participating in 4-H events and activities, it is a good time to look around for nominees for these awards. For a County Award Form, call the Extension Office or download from the county website.

Start now! If you work on 4-H records throughout the year, it is easier. Questions can be answered as they come up. You do not need to wait until the last minute.

Records are due in the Extension Office by September 4, 2009. The main club leader must turn in records as a group. Individual records will not be accepted at the Extension Office. You must turn them in to your leader.
