From social, economic and horticultural, from family health and decor to technological and relational concerns, HEA strives to enhance the lives of individuals and families through quality educational programs and experiences, and by encouraging responsible leadership and service to the community.

Monthly meetings include a prepared program. Programs for 2006-2007 include:

  • Groundcovers To Know And Use
  • Healthy Snacks
  • Food and Fitness
  • What's Your Credit History
  • Retirement Realities
  • Schemes, Scams & Flim Flam
  • Forgiveness

Additionally, the organization is involved in a varity of community outreach programs. Members of Kane County HEA supply and donate book bags, cough pillows, hats, food, quilts, and numberous other items to area organizations in need.
